• Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment gateways — we do not store card details).

• Respond to inquiries and provide counselling support.
• Improve our programs and services based on student feedback.
• Send promotional information about new courses — you may opt out at any time.

To Communicate with You: We may use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer service support, send you important information about the services, and send you marketing communications (with your consent) via different channels, including but not limited to SMS, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Voice.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Refund Policy

Course Fee Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request relative to course commencement:

• Before course commencement: Full refund of course fees, minus a processing fee of ₹500.
• Within 7 days of course start: 75% refund of total fees paid.
• Between 8–15 days of course start: 50% refund of total fees paid.
• After 15 days: No refund is applicable. Course credits may be transferred to the next batch at our discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to samarthyaias@gmail.com with your enrollment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Study Material: Study material costs are non-refundable once materials have been issued or accessed.
